Rates:

Weekdays

9am – 6pm $25 per hr, full day $200.

6pm – 2am $30 per hr, full night $250, day & night $400.

Weekends: $35 per hour

$250/300 for full day/night rates

3 – 7 days $350 per day,

7 – 14 days $300 per day.

Booking: (2 hr minimum)

-To secure slots for hourly rentals, etransfers are accepted at the time of booking.

-For full or multiple day rentals, 20% deposit is accepted at the time of booking, full payment within 5 business days of rental.

-Window for refunds is closed 72hrs prior to date. 20% cancellation fee

Subsidy:

We provide subsidized & reduced rates for independent teachers, artists, grassroots movements and students. We are flexible. Please inquire.

Art, Exhibition, Pop-Up, Dance Classes, Craft Shows, Yoga, Boot Camps, Performance, Rehearsal, Special Events, Classes, Auditions, Photo Shoot, Video/Film Shoot, Screening, Reading, Meetings and more!
