Studio Thirteen 63 is the newest Studio for Rent in Downtown Toronto’s trendy and upcoming west end — located at 1363 Dundas St W.

Available for hourly rental, 950 sq ft, 9ft ceiling, minimalist, mutli-use studio. Great for classes, pop-ups and exhibits. Stereo System w/ Aux, Bluetooth & CD available.

$25-$35/hr (Rates available for daily or weekly rentals)

STUDIO USES:   Art, Exhibition, Pop-Up, Dance Classes, Craft Shows, Yoga, Boot Camps, Performance, Rehearsal, Special Events, Classes, Auditions, Photo Shoot, Video/Film Shoot, Screening, Reading, Meetings and more

-We are not licensed but can get special permits for alcohol and have a small service counter for drinks, snacks and creative uses as needed.
